Jose and his team just finished a roof for me. 5 star +! The workmanship was top quality. Complete tear off. New skylight. Jose and his team were extremely polite, showed up on time and finished in time. All phases of the reroofing were excellent. In addition the clean up and follow through were all excellent. Bayardo roofing also had the best bid. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful and extremely knowledgeable team! We couldnâ t have been happier to work with them, and the work they did. They were also the only company that took an in-depth look at our roof and figured out why we were having issues with humidity and moisture in a specific area.

We found Jose through Home Advisor", Jose found and made time between Rain storms to find a day to repair Wind damage from December 2022. They ripped the Old, Put on the New plywood, moisture barrier, and Composition shingles, ( our choice ). Auroua,OR.

And it was much less expensive then the other proposals I received. And they did the work quickly and completely. They exceeded my expectations. I recommend them and would hire them again!

There was a breakdown in communication which caused the scheduled repair to be delayed, but in the end Jose and his team completed the work properly and efficiently. I will definitely be calling upon them again.

We hired Jose to remove a leaky skylight in our kitchen. His team removed the old skylight, sealed and shingled the opening in the roof and even patched and textured the hole in the inside kitchen ceiling. The work was completed on budget and took less time than was expected. The only catch was that the work had to be rescheduled once due to rain. But hey, this is Oregon.

This is the third job they have done for me! Jose and his crew are easy to work with and are always true to their word. They are always on time, stay within their bid and always do a little extra and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right the first time. I had a neighbor that was impressed by watching them and the work that they did that she hired them to do a roof over for her! I will definitely hire Jose again!

My skylight was leaking and needed to be be replaced. Jose came the next day. He installed a temporary one until he could get the right sized light. The whole project took just a span of two days. I was very pleased. Jose did exactly what he said he'd do in the time frame he stated.

Jose was very responsive to my concerns about installing a weathervane on my roof. He applied extra water proofing to make sure the job would not leak. My weathervane is proudly standing squarely on my roof peak.

Jose was quick to reply and come out for an estimate. They finished our roof in one day, cleaned up the area and did a beautiful job for us. Would definitely recommend him.

Before opening up the roof problem he waited for a near clear day when it wasn't raining.

Jose is prompt and knowledgeable. He sent photos of the work to be preformed with detailed description and updated the photos as the work progressed. Will definitely hire Jose again!

Only thing was he was a little slow after the repair sending me the photos for my records. Other than that he was great! Explained in detail what needed to be done and why. Then did it. Photo documenting the whole process. His business card is in my keep pile, no need to find someone else. Very happy!
