Description of Work: The old deck was taken down and removed and a new deck built. The deck included rails and stairs. All framing was done with pressure treated framing materials.

+ 1 morePimen Simanovicki is the owner or J.P.S Decks and Remodel. QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY!! I can not say enough nice things about Pimen and his crew. Woody is wonderful and takes care in doing things right. Because of their quality of workmanship, Pimen and crew are doing more remodeling for me and Pimen is a jewel to work with. He goes with the flow, makes wonderful decisions that he calls ''flying by the seat of his pants'', and I appreciate the fact he is so willing to adjust to me changing my mind many times! Being a widow and not knowing what I really am doing, I appreciate the fact that he listens, adjusts, and suggests the most cost effective way, but having things look marvelous. Again, QUALITY WORKMANSHIP! Pimen is a young man who is honest, trustworthy, and knows his trade! Would I hire him again?? Without a question and I did!
Description of Work: J.P.s decks built a 12 x 12 Patio cover with a sofit ceiling, roofed my house with 50x architectural roofing with algae block, put in a big skylight in my kitchen and finished the inside, added vents for my bathrooms, and had gutters installed. Painting was not included in this as already had someone to do the painting for me.

+ -1 morePimen and his crew were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with. This was a large project and was expensive for us so we were worried about how it would turn out. I have one word... GREAT! Everything was done just as we were told it would be. They were clean and picked up at the end of each day. They always came when they said they would come, and there were no unexpected costs. Pimen handled the permits and inspectors. I really would recommend JPS Decks and Remodel with the highest rating!
Description of Work: I had 3 decks replaced due to age and dry rot. They were done in cedar with copper railings. All stairs and supports were also replaced. One was very high off the ground. Permits were needed for the job.
