I felt like the scheduling and their service provider used the original estimates and did some work, so that was great. There's a good level of accountability there between the estimator and the service. We've worked with them before so I guess we have a level of trust with them. It was thorough, it was clean and they cleaned up after themselves. They even took off their shoes to come into the house. We had an appointment and they showed up and got the job done in the time they alloted.

We have water that is highly chlorinated and of average hardness with no appreciable amounts of iron, manganese or other minerals. I called a water treatment company and they tested our water, claiming it was hard and that we needed a water softener, in addition to carbon filtration, to eliminate the chlorine taste. Not being one to proceed on just one quote, I had Fisher come out and do the same water tests to compare the water hardness values. Fisher's hardness numbers were 60% less than the other vendor and they advised against utilizing a softener, advising that a carbon filter system would take care of the taste and odor. One week after I gave them a go-ahead they came out and installed the system in about 2-1/2 hours. We are pleased with how smoothly the installation went, and that even though Fisher deals in water softeners, that they didn't try to sell us what we don't need.

Fisher's was very knowledgeable, and it was very patient and kind considering we knew nothing about the new system at that time.

Our water pressure had gotten quite low. Fisher's Supply diagnosed the problem as both an undersized pump and one that had probably been fouled by iron. They researched alternative technologies and provided us with a much better setup than we had before. This new pump has a variable speed slow start up motor, so it puts less stress on the motor when it runs. They also setup the system to produce a steady, constant pressure. This way we don't experience the variations we had with the old system.

They did an excellent job. The person who came out was awesome and very professional. His charge was in line with the estimate. Fisher's Supply was competitively priced. We used to have problems with them getting back to us at times. But once they came and did the work it was great. They had once come on a wrong day and had to reschedule. It didn’t seem like they had a scheduler. The person who answered the phone had relayed messages to people on the job. It was almost like each person looked at himself individually.

They couldn't have been more prompt, polite or helpful. The work of both Bill Bevins and Keith Nelson was clean and professional. They gave a discount for having both jobs done at the same time.

WE FOUND THE STAFF AT FISHER'S SUPPLY TO BE VERY HELPFUL. WE PURCHASED A WATER HEATER FROM THEM AND THEY NOT ONLY HELPED US CHOSE THE APPROPRIATE UNIT, THEY GAVE US SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL IT OURSELVES SO WE COULD SAVE A BIT OF MONEY.
