As an Elite Stihl dealership, and with a full line of rental equipment, our job is to make yours easier. Don’t want to rent? This is to UPgrade my last review.I am GREATFUL for the service I got today the problem we had before was years back but they did something for me today and didn't charge me. Saved me $100+ bucks. Now I DO BELIEVE they DO care about the customer over $$profits$$. My wife and I both can no longer work -so EVERY dollar is important to us now. We will continue to purchase equipment as able in the future.

Canby Rental serviced all of our equipment - it all runs great. AND when I had a big project and the contractor didn't include all of the work in their scope, I was able to rent multiple pieces of equipment from Canby Rental. They advised on the right equipment, delivered, showed me how to use it and picked it up. They were all so nice and professional. They have my business FOR LIFE.

Description of Work: Lawnmower maintenance - oil change, blade sharpening, new pull cord, new filter, new spark plug. Busy time of year so they were understandably backed up. Said it would be 3 weeks but turned out only 2 weeks - Appreciated the "under promise and over delivery. Great to work with - very friendly, professional, and quality work. And they provided loaner during the delay which was super! I will use them again and recommend them to all that need this type of service!

Description of Work: I took in a Toro lawnmower that did not work. They cleaned put on all new needed parts and belts (prior approval)and made my lawnmower a brand new one. I also called them on another problem with the lawnmower and they "fixed" it over the phone with no chg. Great people.

They've always done a good job with our lawn mower. They are very helpful and prompt and they explain what they've done. They are great to work with and are very friendly.
Description of Work: In March we had our lawn mower tuned up by Canby Rental and Equipment. We use them every year for this and have used them for the last ten years.

Great (see above).
Description of Work: Rented a log splitter from them. Very good machine -- we had some tough stuff to split (large knots, hard woods, large diamters, etc.) and it did not even breath hard. Good rates. People are nice to work with, hitch the machine up to your vehicle for you and unhitch it when you return it. Give you a good lesson on how to use it. Answer questions clearly.

They are always honest and fair, but firm. They are always up front and I have never had a problem with them. They are very busy, but they are thorough and take their time. The turn around I have experienced has been about 10-12 days.
