A AFFORDABLE SEPTIC SERVICE LLC

Is it weird to say a septic service company are angels from the Lord, because that is how we feel today. I’m about to have our fourth baby and we discovered a clog that resulted in leakage (I’ll spare the details)onto our lawn where our kids play. I called A Affordable Septic, they were so kind and helpful on the phone, and called their technician who got to our house within HALF AN HOUR. He figured out the problem, not only fixed it but also cleaned up the leaked sewage (which we were not expecting!) and bleached the area, and pumped our whole system. Three hours from discovering this unfortunate event the problem was SOLVED and our whole system is working better than ever. He also took his own initiative to fix the broken pipe and cap we hadn’t gotten around to and order us a new clean cap. What could have been a disaster or at least major headache right before a new baby was barely a blip on our radar. And he did it all kindly with three excited young children wanting to “help” dig out the drain. Price was affordable and we are so appreciative!

Excellent! Marty and his partner definitely know septic systems and how to evaluate their functioning level. We were very pleased and impressed with their knowledge, work ethic and the time they spent carefully checking every part of our system and explaining what they found to us. I will definitely use them again and tell neighbors as well. Several folks in my neighborhood tried going with the lowest bids on septic issues and all three had major repercussions! It pays to hire high quality people.

Trying to proactively get the septic pump replaced. Multiple phone calls to get quote and get scheduled for septic pump replacement have gone unanswered. I do get the office person but never a call back from anyone who can actually give me a quote and get the work scheduled, three attempts. Seams they apparently don't want my money,

We had a true emergency. After 4 phone calls including 2 to the “emergency” number, there was NO response so we found another provider who actually answered the phone and came out to pump the tank 4 hours later, no thanks to this business.

Our septic was FULL. So glad we didnt wait another day!! The technician inspected, pumped and suggested/quoted needed repairs.

After building our house in 2001, we were talking with a neighbor about his septic system and the challenges he had. Given that we've never had it serviced, I called in A AFFORDABLE SEPTIC SERVICE to have them do a general servicing not knowing what to expect. They went thru the system completely, serviced it and provided us with some advice we've never had. All in all, I thought they provided us with an exceptional service. What I also liked is that they provided me with the best case and worse case scenario based on the statement that we never had it serviced. While a bit high, I'm satisfied enough to hire them in the future. Overall, A+ rating!

We neglected to pump out our septic tank for approximately 20 years (bad!), but Walter from AAfordable Septic Service was very professional and efficient as he worked through the process of draining the tank. I used this service last time we did it, and there's absolutely no question that I'd use them again. They're professional, on time, and know their business. It feels great to be raving about a septic tank company, but if you have a septic tank, I have no reservations about recommending them to do your service.

They were fine. They were very timely. They got out there right away. When you have a septic back up, it's not good. That is a dirty yucky job. They stayed late, and jumped down in the tank and did what he needed to do. They did a good job. It was good, I don't know what they could of done to make it better.

They inspected the septic and determined that it did not need pumped. They provided the inspection in time for the deadline for the sale of our home when others would not. We were thankful that they made our home a priority since we had already moved out of state.

Marty was amazing. It took him all morning to get the job done but he got everything cleaned out and working great. He does his job well. He explained everything as he went through the job. I had a bad experience with the last company, tried to sell me more, wanted to put in a new system. Marty was honest.

due to high water level because of rain they advised not to pump the first time. they came out again after water level subsided and all went well. Appreciate the honesty.

Better than I ever imagined- I can't sing their praises enough! We had our septic system inspected because we plan on selling our home shortly and it was time to drain the tank anyway. Being July, the busiest time of the year for them, I had to make an appointment for the actual inspection a month out, which is understandable! The gentleman that came out was on time and completely knowledgeable with 28 years in the field; I felt totally confident in his honesty and professionalism. He kept us informed and allowed us to make certain cost saving decisions at our discretion. The inspection was very thorough and he fixed all the problems that were found. He did not try to sell us a new septic system- huge relief for us. He worked on our repairs for 12 hours one day and came back on Saturday, his day off, to work another 12 hours, knowing we were headed out of town 2 days after that. He dug through concrete hard dirt, tree roots in another area, septic water that was leaking, and even fixed a broken drain pipe that he encountered while digging. I've read some reviews from people who were disgruntled about not getting a call back, however I did not have that problem, so if for some reason they miss your call or you don't hear back from them, don't write them off, just call again, it will be worth it! They are very busy because they're honest and one of the best companies out there. The front office was communicative and kind. This is one company I will rehire and refer time after time. I have dealt with other companies in this field recently and had a bad taste- one tried to sell me a new system over the phone before ever coming out and another just strung me on and on for 5 weeks and was just plain unreliable. A affordable septic is not like the others. Hire them, you won't be disappointed!

They were here on time and efficiently did the work. I asked several questions and he was very knowledgeable.

Very pleased with their service. These folks are prompt, courteous, efficient, and did an excellent job pumping and inspecting our 1500 gal. septic tank. I couldn't be more satisfied with their excellent service.

We noticed the problem with the septic tank on New Year's Eve. They did not have anyone available that day but had someone for 9:00 AM the next morning. We were told there would be an extra cost for holiday pay but we expected that. Jim arrived on time. The day was extremely cold, ground frozen down about 6 inches. He quickly located the septic tank, dug down to the lid, drained the tank, checked the baffle. It took about 3 1/2 hours. Explained everything along the way to my husband. Filled back in the dirt when the task was complete. He was very congenial and professional. We will most definitely use this company again. Only the next time will hopefully be on a preventive maintenance call.

They were very prompt. They were very efficient, communicated very clearly what was being done and why. They made sure the job was complete before they left. They had to get new parts and were able to install them the same day!

He came out earlier than scheduled to pump out our septic tank but that was fine. The guy had to work hard to dig in the packed dirt to get to the tank. He found the tank lid without a problem but it would not come off without breaking it. He worked on it with shovels, pick axes and a metal digging/crow bar for about an hour. The problem was because we never had our tank pumped out since our home was built in 1996 and the lid was fused onto the tank..once the lid was removed, the sludge was almost to the top! To break up the hard packed waste, he had to use a powerful pressure sprayer and lots of water. It was quite a job! After pumping the tank, he then covered up the tank with the half broken lid, some large rock and wood then put caution tape all around the area. He will bring a new lid tomorrow. We had put off having our tank pumped for so long, it was great to finally have it completed! We learned our lesson and will call them back in four years. Considering the work involved, we thought the price was very fair.

He arrived early, no problem for us and went right to work finding the tank and uncovering. We had a riser installed over 5 years ago so only a little gravel to rake aside. He pumped the tank and reported that he found an area where cleaning sheets had accumulated. He also found that the exit baffle was broken. Took extra care to check the line and be sure there were no clogs. Did not have the part needed for the repair so would pick it up and be back to repair it at the end of the day about 4. Put the cover back on and went off to his next job. Cost would be 175 for the repair. He had a long day and got back about 8 that evening to complete the job. When I looked out this morning when it was light every thing was back and you can't tell he was ever here the gravel is all raked in place. This is the second time we have had A Affordable work for us. They go above and beyond what they have to do so easy to work with. They are the only company I want to use.

When I call twice, leave messages and send an email requesting a call back regarding a new septic tank and drainfield for an upcoming remodel, I would think I'd get a response. But I did not, and was very disappointed as I have used the company to pump my tank before. In any event, I can't recommend the company anymore and will get septic services elsewhere.

Neil called when he was leaving his last job to let us know he was on his way. He arrived a half hour earlier than scheduled, which was fine with us. He was very professional with his services. He pumped the tank and made sure it was clean. He went down in the tank to clean the pipe from the tank to the distribution box which was plugged. He also was able to open the clean out plug from the house to the septic tank and cleared the clog from there. Then he was able to give us a very good idea as to where the distribution box should be. He was right on.
