 + -1 moreWe were referred to Jay Chase by a realtor friend. Jay arrived on time. The inspection took 4.5 hours and was very thorough. Jay discussed with us his findings and what he thought was serious and what was not. He emailed the final report to us the next day. It was complete with a diagram of the house with pointers to the areas that were discussed in the report. It included pictures of all of the problem areas. This will be our 6th house so I was familiar with the inspection process. Jay Chase did the best home inspection I have ever had. Excellent service!
Description of Work: We are planning to buy a house in corvallis - we are moving from the Dallas, TX area. The house in Corvallis was built in 1962 and is Mid-Century Modern architecture. We wanted a complete inspection so that we would know what renovations would be required.
