Description of Work: Fabulous company! My front-loading washer flooded my laundry room on "wash day." (Operator error--mine! Aack.) The water was halfway up the baseboards, into the hallway, and through the walls to adjoining rooms.Called ServPro on the recommendation of our insurance agent. This was mid-afternoon--they arrived within 30 minutes. In addition to trying to calm me, they took over with clean up, moving the washer and dryer, calling a plumber to move the hot water heater, and to top it all off, they took all the sopping wet clothes that had been piled on the floor, washed and dried them, and returned them the next day folded! I can't say enough good things about this company. And of course, all the repairs were handled as scheduled. They were uniformly courteous at all times.
