Description of Work: Journeyman Billy responded to my call the same day I called. He was knowledgeable , polite and very nice.He found the problem after Sears could not.Two thermostats were replaced and a small leak repaired.The rates were very,very reasonable - I love my HOT shower now and highly reccammend him Jean Tuttle, Brookings

 + 0 moreOf the plumbers we have access to in the Brookings area, Odonnel is our go-to plumbers, they are responsive and the best of available talent in the area. Could they be better, absolutely, but they do fairly good work and we have had little problems with their work. Which is more than I can say for some of the others in the area. This most recent emergency require replacing my water heater, since it was only a year or so that they replaced my entire water system, I'm surprised this was not caught at that time. But it wasn't and once the call was made the work was accomplished and completed reasonably.

 + -1 moreAfter calling O'Donnell plumbing and leaving a message, Billy, a journeyman plumber, from O'Donnell returned my call and was at my house within the hour. Billy's professionalism, knowledge of his craft, enthusiasm , attitude and his work habits were amazing. He immediately jumped in the task and within 1-1/2 hour Billy informed me that we can now enjoy our new toilets. The price was very reasonable and the installation was impeccable. Yes, I will call O'Donnell plumbing again. Thanks Billy!

 + -1 moreHis name is Charlie O'Donnell. He has retired but he was good. I think his son is taking over the business. He has been in the business for 40 years. He came and took care of everything and did it right. He does things right the first time so they don't have to be redone.
Description of Work: I used O'Donnell Plumbing to completely redo the plumbing in both of my bathrooms because they were done wrong and outside the law. He made everything better. He took care of my shower and did the plumbing underneath the sink in the kitchen and put in a new faucet. He did everything that involved plumbing in the remodel of my two bathrooms. He was instrumental in fixing all the plumbing in my house.

Description of Work: They redid all the plumbing that was required for our bathroom to be remodeled. Our water heater went out and they took care of it immediately.
