Description of Work: With us in another state, they repaired our roof and paid the local handyman to do the paint work afterward. They just added that additional cost to the itemized bill which was mailed to us. Outstanding results and zero obstacles.

Description of Work: Wash house and surrounding decks, re-caulk joints and touchup house paint, repaint all decks. Mark has painted my home (inside and outside) in the past and was efficient, professional and did a superior job. I would recommend his work and will use him in the future for all my painting needs.

Description of Work: | Entire house - sprayed for alge and mildew, pressure washed, re-caulked ALL siding joints, windows, etc, ie, the entire house. Primed all bare spots/areas, Sprayed 2 separate coats of premium paint on house body, Applied 2 separate coats of premium paint on all trim. | | Thorough, carefull, efficient, and responsive.
