remodeling, replacement windows, cabinet refacing
+ 1 moreBoth/some performed, unsatisfactory. Estimate given on additional and changed before work was done, adding $500 to a second estimate requested $1130 to begin work. Then didn't show when promised and when he did appear 3 days late, I realized the change of estimate and remembered the poor workmanship on previous experience and decided he would cause problems. I asked for him to refund the deposit and he stated it non-refundable. I filed in small claims and was awarded the claim. After 6 weeks, I haven't received the payment of the judgment. It would satisfy me if other people would not be harmed by his lack of knowledge and character.
Description of Work: Proposed to relocate windows and modify cabinets.
