Description of Work: Fixed my computer and therefore I didn't have to buy a new one. Another computer repair shop said they couldn't do anything with it.

Description of Work: Cleaned computer inside, uninstalled bad programs and virus. Installed new programs and DVD program. Had some problem with installation, called so I would know. Had ready when promissed. I went back in 5/2014, needed to learn how to do a skill, they were very helpful and worked with me until I understood the procedure. no cost very nice people.

+ 0 moreI called in the morning and explained what my problem was. After asking a few questions he had me take the computer in to the shop. Within hours I got a call that the work was completed and the computer worked fine. I went in this afternoon and picked it up, it works perfectly. I am so grateful to not have lost my financial data and to have it done within hours. I was charged the minimum basic fee even with the fast service. I am very pleased with this service and will use them again and recommend them highly.
Description of Work: My computer had a crash and I was unable to access my business accounts, or use my computer.
