Description of Work: Brian was the gentleman that assisted us. He diagnosed the issue and found out it was a capacitor in the heater. He charged just $5 for the part. He then replaced it and confirmed that it was functioning properly.

Description of Work: They are a cash only service. I needed additional service that would cost $3000. they would not take credit cards for payment. Since I'm retired on fixed income I do not have $3000 readily available. I must pay over time and live with the interest expense. They were almost rude about not the credit card issue.

Description of Work: We have bought several mini-split ductless heat pump units from Coastal Heating & Air. As well we have them service our units. They are one of the most professional businesses in the area. They will be doing work for us in the future as well. I would never hesitate to recommend Coastal Heating to anyone. They are awesome.

+ -1 moreThe service was fabulous! The appointment was scheduled for 8:30. At 8:30, they were at the door! They explained what they were going to do and they did it. During the process, they made sure everything worked as it should and that no repairs were needed. However, that was just the beginning. They made sure we were happy with how the system was operating for our own individual comfort needs and offered suggestions for modifications we might want to make to how we programmed the thermostat. They offered suggestions for where we could save money on our energy bill. We got a huge amount of value and saved money in the long run. Thank you Coastal Heating & Air Conditioning!

+ -1 moreThis is our second system that we have had Coastal Heating install...and we just signed up for two more systems. This company is one of the most professional in this area. They are always polite, very responsive and easy to talk to. Brian is very knowledgeable about the products and systems that he sells. Their prices are not the lowest but they are not the highest. They are very fair in what they charge. I don't mind paying a little extra because we get extraordinary service. I cannot say enough about Coastal Heating & Air Conditioning. I would not hesitate to (and have done so) recommend them.
Description of Work: Did the rough in on the installation of a new dual-head Daikin inverter heat pump.
