Description of Work: In this small town, there are not many service providers. There is another company that is just awful (South Coast Appliance); outright 'crooks' in my opinion, so that limits one's choice down to just a few others. Chetco was the authorized dealer on one of my appliances when I first moved here. They fixed the appliance a couple of times, and tried their best a third time (it finally needing replacing), and their prices were competitive. I always felt they were honest, not overcharging or making stuff up. But the last time I called them, the owner (Michelle) made up some excuse why they couldn't service a certain brand of washer/dryer anymore. She had never liked that company--probably some personal reason, and it was clear she just didn't want to bother dealing with servicing it anymore. Fortunately, there was another appliance service company here in this area that I contacted who came out and did a great job fixing my dryer. I won't be using Chetco Appliance anymore.

+ -1 moreI was new in town and needed a washer and dryer quickly. Chetco Appliance had great prices, and the owner was very knowledgeable, prices were great, and he has continued to help me well after my original purchase, would recommend to anyone!
