TERRY'S DRAIN SERVICE

My daughter's shower was backed up with sewage, toilet was flushing but barely. Kitchen sink slow. One septic contractor insisted we needed the septic pumped. It had been done 1.5 years ago. Other septic contractors said no way it was the septic. One of those recommended Terry. So glad we called him. He was at our house in a few hours and systematically problem solved the situation and got the drains going better than ever. He explained every step of the way and explained how we could trouble shoot in the future.

Since this was Terry's second visit in nearly a month, he knew where everything was and quickly determined that the problem was the same as before, a clogged line where it goes into the septic tank. (He confirmed that the septic tank was in fact working OK.) I am grateful to Terry for explaining everything to me and to warn me that some contractors would come out and make a case for a new transfer case or drain field; some of our neighbors have replaced these things, to great expense. Terry assures me everything is OK and the only problem is the extreme items my Alzheimer's husband continues to flush. I expect to see Terry again, and he said he he does this again, the cost will go down to $100.00. It's cheaper than a rest home for my husband!
