They told me that they would come by on Friday morning. They showed up early. They cleaned out the septic tank and examined all of the leach lines. Sepco could not finish in one day. So, they showed up on the weekend to continue their work. Sepco repaired and/or replaced the leach pipes as required. When they were finished, they deducted 10% off of my bill and did not charge me for some of their services. They did not charge me extra for working on the weekend. They were fantastic. All of the work was checked and re-checked.

They installed it on short notice. The service was excellent. They were professional and prompt, which is especially important when you have a tenant that needs those services promptly. Within a few days they were in process of replacing the collapsed tank. They coordinated with my tenants and they were pleased with them. They had a minimal disruption to my tenants. I plan to use them again in the future.

Sepco was professional and thorough through the initial installation. Their diagnosis and advice about our previous system was detailed and thorough, and we were happy with their work installing the new system. During the initial project they responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns, with the single exception that it took a long time to get written documentation of our extended warranty. However, subsequently we discovered that their work decomissioning the old septic tank was inadequate; we have had several potentially dangerous collapses of the ground above the old tank. They have not been very responsive about this and have not solved the problem.
