They arrive early, but that actually was good for me. I asked them To take pictures to see a before and after as I obviously could not see the results, but they didnâ t do it. The guys said he â kind of forgotâ . He did showed me all the debris he got out, And explained what he found and how they cleaned it. The only thing I was not very happy is that they left me with this thing that is not yard debris in my yard trash can,, not sure the garbage service will take it.

There was no paperwork--they firmed up the deal while I was still on line filling out the questionnaire. I was given no permit or contractor permit number--I was met with a flood of emails and phone calls. Fortunately, They were efficient and effective on the job, finished by lunchtime.

Talked to Mark on the telephone. He viewed the house by satellite and gave me a quote immediately for gutter cleaning, removal of old gutter shields and installation of new gutter shields. He was very knowledgeable about all gutter shield products on the market and we discussed the pros and cons of each. He presented me with a verbal quote and also sent it by Email. No pressure sales tactics. After I looked up the business and found it rated very high I called him back and we set a date for the work. His crew showed up on time on the date and were professional and thorough in all of their work. They knew what they were doing and did it well. They cleaned up all the mess and were gone in about 4 hours. I am very pleased with the work.

The gutter cleaning was not very thorough. Finished in less than half an hour for 1000 sq feet. Used only a scoop for certain sections and did not clean or flush downspouts. Would not hire again.

Pro never completed everything that was on bid, cleaned gutters, but left mess that I had to tell him to go back and take care of windows were not done very well, had to go back and hand wash.
