All Terrain Inc dba Cascade Septic Tank Service

Everything went especially well. Phone calls to Cascade Septic were promptly returned and when I said I needed service as soon as possible I was scheduled for early the next morning. The two man crew (Tony & Joe) arrived on time, set up quickly taking care not to damage anything between the truck and the tank. We had already located and opened the tank so they went right to work and had the tank emptied and rinsed in short order. They cleaned up completely, and before leaving Tony gave us more information about what could be wrong with our septic system and what could be done if we needed to follow up in the future. There was no pressure to contract for additional service at that time. I especially appreciated that because I had contacted another company first and was quoted a significantly higher price which included service I didn't want but which was not negotiable. Tony and Joe were very pleasant to deal along with being knowledgeable and professional. Mardelle who handled the phone calls was friendly and very helpful even taking my calls on her cell while she was running out-of-office errands.

They were able to fix the issue within 4 hours. Two of the lines were plugged and one of the pipes wasn't connected. They even put the yard back together when they were done, and serviced my septic system. They did a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend them. They were good. They were on time, accurate and specific with quotes. They did the work on time and did it neatly. I would most definitley use them again. Derrick is the owner. He was the one that I dealt with and he was the one that did the work.

He brought in the excavation equipment that I rented and afterwards backfilled everything in. When he was on the job he did complete the work to my satisfaction.

It had been a few years since my septic tank was pumped, so it was due for maintenance. I have used Cascade over the years and have been very happy with his service.
