The consultant that I spoke to was so professional and knowledgeable about the products they offered it really made the descision making process so easy. Once my blinds arrived and were ready for installation the installer was here at the scheduled time and had them up in minutes. They look beautiful. Very happy with my purchase. Price was good and the service was excellent.

Accent Verticals did a great job restringing my three pleated shades. They are black-out shades which makes them heavier but the work was done quickly and the shades are back in business.

They are fabulous! I like their professionalism when they come to the home and do the measuring. The product is excellent and their customer service is excellent. They have very good pricing for the product. The quality of the service is excellent.

The estimator came to measure and made good suggestions as to what would work well in the two places I wanted the blinds. Dan came to install them and was neat and took away the packing materials. He also replaced one bracket and fixed another on blinds that are about ten years old. Accent has done all the blinds in my home and I have been very pleased with them. I would use them again.

They came out once and measured all my windows. I was not ready to order yet. Called once to see if I was ready to order, I wasn't - when I was I had changed my mind on what I wanted which meant another trip from Boring to Forest Grove to remeasure etc. They came out gladly and on my time schedule. The first time they came out at 7:30 on a weekday evening, the 2nd time at 10am on a weekday morning when I was off for the day. (And Monday was this person's normal day off) I used Accent Verticals previously for my entire home in another zip code about 10 years ago, and was very happy with their professional service and quality blinds - so it was a no-brainer that I would call them when I moved and needed new blinds once again.

Dan worked efficiently and We built a home in 1991 and it took about a year for us to get rid of the sheets on the windows. Our home if very light---we have many very large windows. About 1992, Jim from Accent Verticals came to our home and made it an easy choice to have him create and install our window coverings. I don't recall all the details of that original transaction. I don't recall the cost. I do know that I loved the product (we have the fabric inserted vertical blinds) from the first day and still love them. One of the blinds began misbehaving about a year ago ...and it took us that long to call them. They honored our "lifetime warranty" and came out to fix it.

The experience was easy and very convenient. They did exactly as their ads on the radio said. They came out, helped us make a decision on colors and styles. They did all the measuring and a month later after our new windows had been installed they came out, took the old blinds off and installed all of the new blinds. The installer was so neat and clean and quick. 7 windows and a patio slider all installed in less than 2 hours. I truly recommend this company for any type of window blind installation.

The first time (5 years ago) I dropped off the blinds in Boring and was told it would be about a week and THEY would call me. No call within a week so I called them. I was told the phone number they had was bad and they had no way to reach me. Funny. I gave them the same number I have had for 15+ years and nothing about that had changed in the last week. They give you a carbon copy of the work order and sure enough there was my valid, in Portland, OR Qwest telephone number right there. Oh well I thought, the price was right ($45 to clean 3 aluminum mini blinds) so I picked them up. When I dropped them off again in January 2012, I needed one of them to be re-strung because my cat chewed through it. I was told it would be a week and they would call me. And they did this time -- HOORAY! The problem came when I picked them up. When the lady in the warehouse/shop put them on the table in front of me I could tell right away the new string was not a match for the color of the blind. I think she saw the horror in my face because it was then she asked "DId they call you about the string?" NO. NO ONE CALLED ME. Long story short, they did not have the right color for my blind (off the shelf Hunter Douglas grey) and she said usually when they don't have the right color they use white. WHITE? But apparently someone made an executive decision in my case and went with about 5 shades darker on mine. Folks, this place CUSTOM MAKES blinds -- it never occurred to me to ask if they could match the color. And for the default to be white? Unacceptable. I guess I should count myself lucky that they picked dark grey for my medium grey blind, but I am very unhappy to have paid $39 (cost of the re-string) for the privilege of no choice in the matter. I asked if they were just out and was told "...we have what we have." That answer does not instill confidence when your business is CUSTOM MADE blinds. Does that mean that if I picked something out of your catalog I MIGHT get it, depending on what you have? I think not. I used them twice based on the KEX radio spots and was planning on finishing the windows in my house with them but not now. There is no way I will use this business again. A phone call is a simple thing to do in customer service and Accent Verticals clearly does not care.
