He did the work very well; he was fast and was reasonably priced. He was able to work with the parts that I already had which was great and saved me some money. He also did a couple of other small repairs at no charge.

Mr Wise had to go through my bedroom closet to get to the crawl space above the bathroom to take out the smaller older fan, then enlarge the hole for the new fan. The attic crawl space is full of insulation and Mr. Wise was extremely careful about keeping his work area clean. He took no time making the switch and cleaning up.

It was great experience. He was responsible and showed up on time. I couldn't have asked for a more polite or better guy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He did a great job.

Late on first service date. Charged us three man hours ($135) just to show up. Fence boards and posts ok; faucet good, patch wall ok, drawer good, door striker good. Front deck, not so much. We had to have another person finish the job. Forgot us on the second scheduled date - had to text him to remind him. Forgot nails and screws. We paid $45 an hour per person x three people. First consult, deck was no problem to repair; second trip more complicated. Gave estimate of $400 to replace closet doors; we declined and paid someone less a lot money to do the job. We called Wise Handyman due to Angies List reviews; they were nice enough and I wish I could rate them higher but I would not be truthful in doing so. They were on the job a total of 5 hours; we were charged for 7, 2 of those being travel time. They live locally so there was not a lot of travel involved. The $1075 included labor and materials. Materials included approx. $150 worth of materials.

I have used Jason Wise for 8 years to help with general maintenance of rental houses; dishwasher, water heater, disposal, toilet repairs etc. I have also used Jason Wise for major remodeling projects. Invasive dry rot reconstruction, complete re-roofing, complete (down to the studs) bathroom remodeling. He has earned my confidence whether a job is large or small. I really like that he provide status reports without me having to ask for them.

I called Jason in the morning and lucky for me he had a change in schedule for the afternoon so he was able to come out right away to take care of my windows. He showed up when he said he would, did the job quickly and did a nice job. I would definitely use him again for handyman jobs.

I called Jason before 8AM and told him I needed the work done today. and he said he would be right over. We had purchased a bed that was giving my husband orthopedic problems and we needed to change it right away with our old bed in the guest bedroom . Jason and his helper arrived that morning on time. They did a very professional job of moving the beds and even put the dust ruffles on correctly and didn't let our cats escape. to the outside. In a word ----they were great and very energetic and positive. No job is too small for them so I now have a resource to help me around the house as my husband and I both are disabled and can't do the heavy lifting ourselves.

Jason was finishing another job when he received my call and after I told him what I needed, said he would be at my home in 5 minutes. He was. He had a super positive can-do attitude and the job was finished in no time at all. One of the best calls I ever made!

Our tenants started notifying us of all these little problems as I was watching the water rise in the great flood of 2012. We didn't get any water in any of our rental units but it was close, very close. So as I was standing there watching the water rise in the pouring rain I got a lot of "By the ways" from our tenants. After the flood waters receded I called Jason and gave him my list. Jason contacted the tenants, coordinated everything with them to suit they're varied schedules. This is never an easy task. We found some other stuff along the way that needed attention so he called me and I gave my approval before he preformed the additional work. The tenants like him and his work. I like him his work and countless phone calls he's saved me.
