Excellent management made this vacation rental remodel go very smooth.

Brad was very responsive from our first meeting, he was able to come up with suggestions and ideas for our problematic upstairs bathroom; while he was not the least expensive bid, we knew that his work would be of high quality; the slate floors turned out great and so did the bathroom; The stress of living 3.5hours from the job site was greatly buffered by Brad's handling of the daily work schedule and coordination of the contractors. Overall it was a breeze! We are planning on hiring him next year to update our second bathroom.

Amazing. It's our vacation home, so we had to do it remotely. Brad was an incredibly communicator, and worked quickly.

It went great. We provided our budget and our vision. A lot of our vision was out of budget, and Brad worked with us to provide us cost effective, comparable alternative options as well as completely different suggestions that may look good, or worked. A lot of the final product is our initial desires, paired with cool, different ideas from him, as well as better or more cost-effective materials that achieved the same goal.

This has been updated since we did receive a response and were told he was out of town so that's why the delay in responding. We needed to get construction going and had he at least emailed us that he was out of town and would respond in a couple of days we may had been okay with that. We had decided to go with him until we hadn't heard from him.

Brad was very organized and provided us with a detailed estimate. He recommended suppliers for us, and was available to begin the work as soon as we needed it done. His team did a lovely job and we were very pleased with the quality of the work. He was very easy to work with and was a great communicator, which was very important because we were out of town while he did the work. Whenever we wanted to change or add something to the project he always said "no problem" and got it done quickly. I thought his pricing was very fair and the end project looked even better than we had imagined.

The job was a remodel of our vacation home. Initially we were concerned about working remotely with a contractor. But Brad was just great to work with - he listened to what we wanted, made great suggestions about how to get us there within our budget, and amazingly his initial cost estimates were spot-on. He communicated clearly, and frequently. As with any remodel, we ran into a couple challenges along the way. In every case, Winch Construction exceeded our expectations and the final results were excellent. I highly recommend Winch Construction. We'll use them again!
