Excellent service. Showed when they said they would, and I received the completed report the same day.

They were punctual, prepared, and very knowledgeable. They performed a through inspection. Their report was detailed and included information about items that were satisfactory and others that needed attention. My husband called a couple times to get additional information and they were responsive and very helpful. The inspection report allowed us to negotiate help toward repair costs from the seller. I would recommend this inspector to family and friends.

Being in Texas and needing a home inspector in Oregon presents it's own set of challenges. First place I went was Angie's List to see who was listed to perform home inspections. I read the information on WIN. I also received a list of home inspectors from my agent. When I saw that WIN was listed there also, I decided to look a little deeper and checked out Wade's website. I called and talked to Wade on Monday evening and he just happened to have a cancellation the next morning so he was available to perform the inspection on Tuesday morning. He provided me with all the information that explained what would and would not be inspected. Wade did call me after he was finished with the inspection to discuss some of the items that were of concern and just his overall view of the home's condition. He was very thorough and detailed, and I appreciated his candidness. And as promised I received my inspection report on Tuesday night. With buying a home long distance I'm sure I'll be using Wade again in the future.
