No stress which was great!

Having lived in the mountains, I was not accustomed to contractors who show up every day or on time. Kyle was there each morning as promised and when I returned from work in the evenings, I could see how much had been done. I was given detailed bids with breakouts for the various expenses so I could see where my money was going. When I decided to change my mind about keeping the existing hardware, Kyle gave me the new costs and documented everything in a revised bid. My place is a 2nd story condo, with carpet on the way to both bathrooms. Kyle was very mindful of my carpet and furniture, keeping the mess to a minimum. I had another contractor do the tile in my kitchen years before and they had made an enourmous mess! (Kyle also fixed up some of that guy's work) All the work was finished on schedule and my final bill was just what I was quoted. I could not be happier with my new bathrooms and I would definitely use him again for future projects.
