dryer vent cleaning
+ -1 moreThe vent was a total mess and probably hadn't ever been cleaned on a 15 year old home. Plus at Bill's suggestion we checked inside the dryer and he found an accident waiting to happen. A dryer repairman had been out the week before and never looked inside the dryer housing. What we found could easily have caused a fire over the next few months. Bill saved our dryer, and possibly our home and lives. We plan to have him out annually from now on.
Description of Work: Repair and clean dryer vent and inside dryer.

dryer vent cleaning
+ -1 moreExcellent and then some!!!! Bill Lis explained everything in detail and performed the necessary cleaning. He also provided tips about periodic cleaning of our dryer. End result was that the outflow improved 4x from 7 mph to 28 mph. We had some extra work done to outside venting area. Mr. Lis was extremely professional and more important his friendliness was greatly appreciated and welcomed. I'd recommend The Lint Doctor to anyone considering having this service.

Description of Work: Mr. Lis inspected and cleaned our dryer hose. We have a long stretch from our dryer to the outside vent, so it was not an easy job. He also did a minor repair and upgrade.
