Tim and his team were very thorough, very friendly, and very professional. The were in and out quickly. They did everything they said they would do and they repaired my problems. They cleaned up after each day and at the end of the project there was no debris or mess. I would recommend Tim and his team to anyone. My deepest thanks to Taylor Roofing.

They were fast, efficient, great clean up (okay have found a few staples here and there). Have had friends remark on how much better our roof looks...AND...they were much, much less expensive than other quotes we got for exactly the same quality shingle replacement. Absolutely would recommend this company.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards. Only some small pits of old shingle (size of a quarter or less) that we've picked up since. No nails - which is great since we have a dog running in the yard! Job was done in two days. We have a small piece of tape hanging off the end of a gutter on the back of the house that needs to be pulled off - but haven't heard back from roofer yet. Not a big deal - but we just don't have a ladder long enough to get it ourselves. We do have a complaint about the shingle delivery company (to be clear, not the roofing company), who leaked a bunch of mechanical fluid on our front lawn when delivering the shingles (putting them up on the roof - they had to drive onto our front lawn). They need to keep their equipment in better working order! This burned the grass in about a 5 ft circular area - though it is growing back now, so no permanent damage.

Excellent. Provided thorough exam of roof and solid proposal. Did choose another company but would choose Taylor if needed.

He showed up and was able to do the bid on my roof but it took him a little bit of time to get the bid to me. The price was probably reasonable but he got outbid by almost 2000 dollars by the other contractor, the one I went with so it was a little bit overpriced for me. He was great and really professional. I've seen another roof done by him and I was impressed.

Contractor provided prompt estimate; explained differences in methods of repair and recommendation based on information from homeowner; no delay in scheduling and getting the work done efficiently and effectively; very considerate.

Tim Taylor is the owner. I was satisfied with the job that he did. I paid $4450 for the job; he was the best price by $250 to $300. He gave me the cheapest bid. He seemed like a decent guy, and he indeed was one. He did a good and clean job. I don’t know how it could have been much better. He was responsive. He did a good job all around. I did not have any complaints or questions whatsoever. I would use him again in the future if required.
