I was treated with respect and professionalism. I dropped off my car and within a few hours got a call that it was ready to pick up! When I got there, he was just putting the glove box back in it's 'place'. I didn't even know that it was removable! Turns out there is a AIR FILTER behind it! Taz, the owner, said, "Yeah, most places don't ever look for these things." He showed me the one he took out and it was FILTHY! I cringed to think I'd been breathing that air! But, it was typical of the kind of service I've always gotten there. He's thorough on all his work. I recommend him to all my friends, particularly my woman-friends. He is fair, and is the only one who has ever told me that I DON'T need something done. Seems like all the others take advantage of females and load up the 'to-do' list! Try him - I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

We moved here from Vegas just a few months ago. I ask neighbors for recommendation on foreign auto service. I then checked Angies list. I got the name of 3 and picked Superior Auto. i took the car in on Tuesday the 2nd of April. My husband had stopped by the day before and talk to them. They said they would call with an estimate. They did $112.00. That seemed ok. Then, I got another call. Parts were not going to be there until Friday morning. As we have another car. It was OK. I am expecting a call all day on Friday. Then at 5pm I get a call!! Come and get the car as we close in 1 hour. My husband is at the gym and not in calling area. So another 2 days go by with no car! Finally, I am able to get there on Monday after work. As I am paying the bill. Which ends up being $197.00. Oh, by the way, there are 3 more problems we found! Seriously? By now I am totally suspicious of their motives. $$$???

They did a great job. The owner was very knowlegable of my vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to this company from Band of Brothers after moving into Bend last fall (2011). I was overwhelmed at the overall work and performance of the service from this repair shop. They were very thorough in doing an estimate before the repairs as well as thorough in going completely over my vehicle when they were doing an oil change...pointing out all issues and trying to assist me in determining priorities for my budget. Afterwards, they even cleaned the inside of my car without charge. Additionally, I found out that they are a nationally recognized repair service shop; repairs guranteed nationwide for 1 year. Very happy with overall service. They even call me as a followup to verify that all service had been properly and satisfactorily completed.
