+ -1 moreThe two service reps were very professional and friendly. The office lady was also pleasant to deal with. Using their video-equipped sewer snake, we found the problem to be past the property line -the city main was partly collapsed! They even emailed me a still photo of the damaged section to show to the city folks.
Description of Work: Replaced an incorrectly installed drain trap, rooted the main sewer, and videographed the interior of the sewer line to find the recurring problem.

+ 0 moreWe had to replace an old hot water heater and we opted for a tankless. There was some problems after installation with our water flow( no fault of theirs) and the guys were back out right away. After trouble shooting, they fixed the problem. The guys were very knowledgeable, experienced, prompt,fair and friendly.
Description of Work: New tankless hotwater heater and replaced cartridges x3.
