Terry the owner conducted an installation of electrical service to a new custom outdoor spa. In this first bill he overcharged stating 10 hrs for a job he quoted as 3 hours. Much of the time he spent talking on his cell phone and wasting time. Part of the job was to install a timer so that the spa wasn't on 24 hrs a day. When I paid this first bill he stated that the timer would be installed for free as it would only take a little time. I have pursued him for over 2 months now to install the timer and he keeps stating that he will be right over. I wait for him, but he never appears. Because the timer hasn't been installed my electricity bill as more than doubled with the last bill coming in at over $300 for the month.
