The team was very professional - respectful, polite. They arrived in a newly-outfitted van - gave me confidence I'd made the right choice. Overall they did a great job. I did have to have them return to attend to a few missed spots. I can see why this would happen. We had a hard time seeing the stains I had marked the night before. Turns out the lighting is best in the evening for our light colored carpets. It was nearly impossible to see the stains in the early morning (their arrival time). They we able to remove horrific pet stains - I was certain this was a lost cause! They spent at least a third of their time on this and the results were amazing. The contract states that you must contact them within 10-days of finding a problem. I called them today (15-days out) and was told they would be out the next day to take care of the missed areas. I was very pleased with their response. My one complaint was that they didn't move heavy furniture and did nick one chair. In the future I will be sure to either protect the furniture or have them put foam around these pieces. The price reflects special Fall Season sale. I got a quote from Cascade Carpet Cleaning in Prineville. They were much more than Stanley Steemer and couldn't fit me in for a few weeks.
