Prompt, worked hard, & did decent job. We had spots that wouldn't come off & he made sure we knew early on in the job that he wouldn't be able to get them off. Offered to come back another time to do a test one to see how much time it would take & give us a quote. Appreciated his honesty & informing us early on in the process. Terry was great and I'll use him again. He returned my call promptly and we set a day and time for him to stop by the house and give us an estimate. He arrived promptly, we agreed on the estimate and scheduled a date for the work to be done. Due to possible weather conditions, Terry called again to confirm our appointment. He arrived on time with all his own equipment and had all the windows cleaned in an hour. They look wonderful! He did a great job. He's very friendly and easy to work with. We're very pleased and will use Squeaky Clean again.

He arrived a bit too early...I wasn't home...so my husband helped him get the house ready (window dressings out of the way, etc) He was thorough and picked up after himself.When we asked for instructions about how to get the windows out, he showed us. Friendly and professional.

Appeared a bit before scheduled time for estimate as another reviewer reported. He was able to perform all work immediately after the estimate. He was respectful of my house and its contents. All materials were carefully placed and removed quickly after the work had been completed.

I was fortunate that Terry could work me in last minute as we have a small cabin with few windows. He was professional, on time, friendly and I did a great job. He got the sap off the skylights quickly and charged a very fair price. I believe his business is mainly word of mouth and he is booked out about a month in advance during the nice weather but I think Angie's List members would benefit from his work.
