 + -1 moreThe work was completed in a satisfactory period and all 4 clocks keep good time and chime as they were designed to do. I will return to Springwater Jewelers in the future when my clocks require attention.
Description of Work: I have 3 antique school/wall clocks plus 1 very old mantle clock that need to be cleaned and inspected at 5-6 year intervals, and I had used Alder Street Clock Shop in downtown Portland for that purpose in the past. When that company closed down a few years ago, I went to another clock shop in Portland, but it also went out of business. I inquired at Springwater Jewelers if they could service my clocks and Mr. Lovelin told me his clocksmith used to work for Alder Street Clock Shop and that he did excellent work.

 + -1 moreLARRY IS VERY HELPFUL & ACCOMMODATING. HE ALSO LET ME KNOW UP FRONT THAT WATCHES MAY OR MAY NOT BE REPAIRABLE. I WAS EXCITED TO GET ALL THREE FIXED. ON THE NEWER WATCHES, THE BATTERIES AND CRYSTAL WERE REASONABLY PRICED AND DONE QUICKLY.
Description of Work: OLD FAMILIES WATCHES NEEDED CLEANING AND REPAIRED. THEY WEREN'T RUNNING. I NOW HAVE 3 WATCHES, WITH PRECIOUS MEMORIES, AND ALL IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. I HAVE ALSO HAD SEVERAL WATCH BATTERIES CHANGED AND A CRYSTAL REPLACED ON NEWER WATCHES.

 + -1 moreGREAT EXPERIENCE. MY CLOCK WORKS AGAIN AND WE KEEP IT LOCKED SO MY CHILDREN CAN NOT PLAY WITH IT AND TEAR IT UP AGAIN. THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED WAS GOOD AND THEY WERE QUICK AND CLEAN.
Description of Work: OUR HOWARD MILLER GRANDFATHER CLOCK STOPPED WORKING. I ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR THE CLOCK. THEY CAME AND PROVIDED THAT AND FIXED THE CLOCK AT MY HOME.
