1) In placing the dark film on my rear windows, the tech said he had missed a window; did I really want the film on it too? Duh 2) When the car dealer first took my car in, Dave told me that the trim around the auto had to be ordered and they would call me. 3 weeks later, I had to make the 150 mile trip again for another reason so I called to ask if the trim had come in. I was told to allow them a full day to do the jobs so I planned to stay overnight and was there at the appointed time; and I waited ALL day. When the radio job was completed, there was NO trim on it, the antenna was placed in a crazy spot, and they had not replaced my ashtray or traveling drinking cup (I realized before I left town and went back for them). While there, I had asked about a back-up camera and was told it would be $800.00. I inquired in our small town and was told that was silly and now they are pricing units for me. Not to worry. I will never recommend these folks for any services.
Description of Work: Placed darkening film on rear windows and transferred my satelite radio from my old car to my new car.

(member name removed) I would like to start off by apologizing for your unhappiness with our company. Customer service is our number one concern so I was a little suprised when I read your review, especially since you never showed any unhappiness with us while you were in our store. My employees do remember you being unhappy with the car dealership that sent you to our store. When you were in the process of purchasing your vehicle, your salesman at the dealership called us asking how much to transfer your portable satt. radio kit from your old vehicle to your new one. Both you and the salesperson then brought your old and new car over to perform the work. When my salesperson went outside with you, he then found out that the equipment to be transfered was in fact completely different from what your car salesperson had said on the phone. It was not a portable system at all. It was in in-dash CD player and integrated satt. tuner. The in dash unit required a special dash kit to install it and since this was a new model vehicle we did not have the kit in stock yet and we told you that we would have to order it. At that time your car salesman was trying to get us to wire up your radio and just set it on the seat or leave a big hole in your dash where the factory stereo was and set your aftermarket radio in the hole. We told him we would not do either due to how unsafe it would be to have the radio floating around in the car. We then told you this and you agreed with us. At that time you said you were fine with us ordering the dash kit as you come back to Bend all the time. We then gave you the option of ordering it by itself and pay shipping charges or order it on our next stock order so there would be no shipping charges. You were fine with doing it on our next stock order since you wouldn't be back for three weeks anyways. All of this was on the 18th of January. Your dash kit was ordered on the 29th of January (our next stock order). It arrived on the 1st of February which is when you were also called to let you know that it had arrived. We hadn't realized the kit that was sent to us was packaged wrong until the day before your appointment. Once we realized this, we called the manufacture and had them do a Saturday overnight delivery as we knew that you had just made the trip from Burns to Bend and we didn't want you to have to do that again. As far as the window tint complaint goes..... the window you are speaking about is not a normal window and we don't normally tint it unless it is requested. It was the little window in the bottom of the hatch right above the license plate area. That is not a normal window that all vehicles have. To tint it is an extra charge. I do apologize that we did not ask you before hand if you wanted that window tinted. We assumed that you didn't want it done since you didn't want the other windows in the car done. Again I do apologize for that mishap. I did see that we DID NOT charge you the extra charge for doing that window. I'm not sure what you mean by when you picked up the vehicle there was no trim around the radio. The radio couldn't have been mounted in the dash without the trim ring. In reference to the antenna complaint. Again I'm not sure what you were unhappy with. I'm assuming you are talking about the satt. radio antenna which we always install above the windshield unless otherwise requested elsewhere by the customer or it simply won't function there. In talking with my employees about your complaint, they don't remember you ever being unhappy with the antenna location. As for your forgotten ashtray and cup.... yes you are correct in the fact that we forgot to put these two items back in your car. We had to remove them from your drink holders to install the radio and our tech forgot to put them back in when he was vacuuming the car out. Once we realized our mistake, we immediately called you to let you know that we had the two items. (member name removed), I would be more than happy to discuss your complaints with us further if you would like. Again this is the first time I have heard your complaints. We are an open company in the fact that we value all our customers and we want to know when one is unhappy with us. In the rare occurance that we do have an unhappy customer, we make it a priority to resolve the matter as your happiness is our primary focus.
