2) When the car dealer first took my car in, Dave told me that the trim around the auto had to be ordered and they would call me. 3 weeks later, I had to make the 150 mile trip again for another reason so I called to ask if the trim had come in. I was told to allow them a full day to do the jobs so I planned to stay overnight and was there at the appointed time; and I waited ALL day. When the radio job was completed, there was NO trim on it, the antenna was placed in a crazy spot, and they had not replaced my ashtray or traveling drinking cup (I realized before I left town and went back for them).
While there, I had asked about a back-up camera and was told it would be $800.00. I inquired in our small town and was told that was silly and now they are pricing units for me.
Not to worry. I will never recommend these folks for any services.
