Upon vacating the residence, we replaced some already missing verticle vanes, and also those that my children damaged. I was charged for one that I was short...even though it was missing prior to our move in. I cleaned the house top to bottom for atleast one full day. I cleaned the mini blinds (but the one I was told not to due to its height), scrubbed bathrooms, kitchen, and washed all linoleum on my hands and knees. The dining room floor I washed 3 seperate times. I was charged $120 for a service to re-clean house...took em 6 hours they said, they charged me for light bulbs and gave false information about the bulbs saying they were "a fire hazard", and charged me $67.56 for a material used when there was no receipt to prove a purchase of the material and above it said he fixed a leaking kitchen airator...it was their refrigerator that they were asked to fix, and she called and left a message that I wasn't charged for the refrigerator. She also said in a letter to me that I wasn't getting any of the $200.56, out of the taken $354.31 from my security deposit, that I had said that I knew I deserved back.
