Ian surveyed my trees and gave me advice on each. On one he said he would get back to me on what looked like a fungus. He never did. I followed up with him but he never responded. His voice message says he may not respond for three days (more like not at all).

Did exactly what was asked PLUS they cut up the larger parts of the trees into wood stove size pieces. They also did a little extra trimming at no charge. I'm sold and have an arborist for life.

I started the job myself and needed the branches I'd trimmed off chipped and a couple more branches which were too high for us to get ourselves trimmed and chipped as well. I had bought I chipper and thought I'd do it myself until realizing my machine is just too small and it would be much smarter to get a "real" tree company to finish the job. Being new to the area, I didn't know where to start and I found Ian and his company by recommendation of a neighbor who is in the landscaping business but doesn't do tree work. I found Ian and Josh to be professional, personable, honest, and hard working. They scheduled me in quickly and showed up on time (keeping me informed by text so I didn't have to sit around wondering when / if they were gonna show up). Aside from that their price was reasonable (I had already asked a few other guys before finding Ian). At the end, I wish I'd called these guys before I started doing the job myself. They make work which was hard for me look easy. It would have also saved me the cost of the chipper I bought. After using these guys it was clear to me I'm better off saving my time for other things both economically and in terms of professionalism. Highly Recommended !!!

On time, professional, left yard very clean, very knowledgeable, interesting to watch him with rigging limbs overhanging house. No damage. Also gave me a 10% first time customer discount.
