Description of Work: He crawled up on the roof and found out that at the apex a couple shingles had blown off. We had a leak because of that, so he did the roof repair for us.

Beginning with a careful and informative explanation of what replacing the roof would involve, rather than high pressure salesmanship, and ending with a beautiful roof and a meticulously cleaned up job site, Simpleton Siding and Roofing did a terrific job. I'm someone that likes to be kept informed, and Maverick gave me daily updates on progress. His communication style is low key, easy to understand, and thorough, which, combined with his easy going and quite pleasant personality made doing business with him a pleasure. He stuck to his original estimate (which came in $4500 less than the next lowest, and $11,000 lower than the highest bid) with no last minute surprises. If you're looking for a quality job at a very fair price, Simpleton Roofing delivers.
Description of Work: Complete replacement of original 24 year old roof, on a 3900 square foot home with steeply pitched roof.
