We were impressed with Jeremiah and his team! First of all, he was delayed due to complications with renting a sander and he texted us right away to tell us he would be late.. Secondly, they worked! No lag time chatting, resting , or being on their phones other than appropriate break. They sanded and restrained our decks.. also some undercarriage repair.. Nice that Jeremiah has construction skill too! Lead time was only a week which was great! They completed the job in two full days. We are happy and would hire him again .

We are very happy with the work that Jeremiah did. He was able to replace a piece of broken siding, stain our deck and pergola, and painted the entire exterior of the house after giving it a good cleaning. He was very detailed which can be tricky, especially around window frames, with a dark color like we picked. I have only seen a couple small areas around some of the trim that need a bit of touch up, and he said he would come out and touch up as needed but it is such a small amount that I will take care of it myself. Price was very reasonable for this area and this time of year and we did not have to wait very long for him to get started. He also did the entire job in just a few days which was very impressive for the size of our house. Would definitely hire again and recommend.

He did an excellent job on building the front deck; very careful and precise. He needs to improve his communication skills with the customer. This will come as he gains experience.
