We value your home as if was ours. The term "you can't see it from my house" is not allowed at Reign On Roofing. Hopefully this will be the last time a homeowner will have to make a decision on what type of roof they want. We know the importance of this decision and don't take it lightly. We want to sell you something you won't regret as soon as it is installed. We expect the same from our installers. I will be on the job daily ensuring installation and cleanliness is followed. Profanity is something completely prohibited on my jobs. You can expect nothing less than the same courteous crew from the beginning to the end of your job.

We approach every job the same, whether it's a smaller repair or a $30,000+ re-roof. We enjoy repair work(hopefully not ours) so we learn what not to do. Our track record for fixing leaks is very strong, thankfully they're seldom ours. We install every type of roof whether new construction or re-roof.

Response from REIGN ON ROOFING
For those considering using Reign On Roofing. I have tried many forms of advertising over my almost 19 years of business. I was excited at the opportunity to work with Angie's List. I paid Angie's List a good amount of money to be "upgraded" to a premiere provider(ensuring me multiple opportunities for work in their words). I have been utterly disappointed with this program. I have received very few leads and would never pay for another program Angie's List promotes. They've even had some surprises that I didn't know until I had discussions with potential clients. I contacted Angie's List to discuss these issues and asked what my ad looks like but the link they gave me never worked. They told me I can't even see the ad you see without paying for the additional member fees. I consider this to be bad business if I'm already paying them to advertise. They have recently put together a "performance" rating that says my response rate to customers is below their standards. I found out this performance rating is only enforced with companies who pay for the upgraded service. In other words, you as a customer, can get someone who is less qualified than Reign On Roofing because they aren't held to the same standards but you don't know this as members. I would hope that makes you as frustrated as it does me. As a business owner who has worked hard to establish a reputation who prides himself on accountability and integrity, you can see why I am highly disappointed with this rating system. If I have no leads to upgrade this rating, I'm stuck with these bad reviews Each lead I receive I call within 24 hours as a respect to Angie's List but I guess that isn't good enough. I have contacted Angie's List multiple times to discuss these issues. I've come to the point, I'd rather be removed than risk my reputation with this company. Unfortunately I guess I can't be removed. I've served throughout Central Oregon 19 years and have many more referrals than Angie's List can provide. If you are seeing this poor rating please call me, I'd be happy to share these with you. It's unfortunate because I truly believed Angie's List would be an advertising option I could work with by the way they promote themselves on their commercials. I've either found my Angie's List representative or maybe the company as a whole doesn't share the same values behind the scenes.

Tony provided a timely, comprehensive, and fair quote for re-roofing our new home in Sunriver. I was very impressed with his customer service and knowledge. We ended up not selecting Tony at the last minute only because another firm was able to squeeze us into our very difficult schedule. If not for that, I think Tony would have done an excellent job and would certainly recommend him to friends.
Description of Work: I contacted Tony to provide a bid for re-roofing our new home in Sunriver, Oregon. He went out the next day and got back to me right away with a quote. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me how the previous owners had installed a roof that was failing and provided me with a lot of details about the old roof and what he would do to replace it. His bid was very clear and thorough.

Great, but didn't use Reign on Roofing, whose bid for the job exceeded the selected contractor's bid by about 40%.
Description of Work: Replaced wood shake roof with composite 30 year roof on 3000 ft^2 residence.

Response from REIGN ON ROOFING
I was surprised to hear my bid was 40% higher than my competitors. As with any project mistakes can happen. I may have mis-calculated my measurements or maybe my competitor may have made a mistake and under bid this project. I operate my business with integrity and am disappointed in this evaluation but I try to stay consistent in bidding and performance as recognized by my other reviews.

Description of Work: Tony came by the house at our request and gave us a bid for removing an old shake roof on our storage barn and the shingles off a 6' x 20' roof on the side of our garage that had had a solar hot water unit on it that we no longer used. He then cleaned off the underlying old materials and applied 15# ASTM roof Felt, installed metal drip edge flashing around the perimeter. This was followed by the application of composition shingles which he had helped us pick out from samples he brought by for us to evaluate. Finally he did a complete jobsite clean up and disposal of all roofing debris. This included comping the area with large magnets to assure removal of all nails and staples. The job also included a 10 yr workmanship warrantee. It was a pleasure working with Tony.

Excellent.... Highly recommend.... Tony took good care of our yard, pavers, and gutters doing the re-roofing
Description of Work: Tony re-roofed our home. We received several bids and his was the best value. He started on time, worked in snow, hail, and rain and finished exactly when he said he would. I was very concerned with the mess a tear off would make, but Tony was super need and clean. We were so pleased with the product, service, and value of the work. There were no surprises, no add on expenses, and Tony communicated to us everyday with the progress of the job.

It went very well. Far better than I anticipated. Very Professional, courteous, friendly and punctual.
Description of Work: Tore off old roof, re-roofed entire house,replaced 4 skylights with new units, new flashing, new ice shield, continuous ridge vent, cleaned up after each day's work. Did a very professional job in 3 1/2 Days.
