Rapid Rooter of Central Oregon Inc.

Rapid Rooter was hired to conduct a simple clog removal in our line. After having to call them out three times in just a few hours because they failed to do their job each time - we ended up with a $27,000 bill. Instead of removing the clog, they pushed it further down the line until it backed up and flooded all four units of our building. We then had a sewage restoration repair. There was nothing wrong with our lines. It should have been a simple $200 fix. They have taken zero responsibility for their negligence. But instead have refused communication and have provided inaccurate information to insurance agents to get it covered. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and willingness to take ownership of their technicians failure to do his job.

Alex came out on December 23rd at 7:30 and unplugged our line to our septic. We started calling people at 8 am and they said they would come and no one did nor did they call back. So at 4 we called Rapid Rooter and they called right back and said as soon as they were done at the current job they would come and they did. Great service. We so appreciated them and would recommend them highly! Price was very fair too, considering we live at the far end of La Pine and they came from Bend and it was Christmas weekend and evening time. 10 STARS to them!

Well Paul, I believe the owner, showed up on the property, gave me a bid right away and had us scheduled as soon as humanly possible for the extensive repairs. They did it all! The price was in line to what was done, actually less than the going rate I believe, they were on time, worked overtime into the evening because we had customers that could not go without using their facilities. Their work was not only professional and well performed but high quality. The communication was the same, informative and ongoing through completion of the project. I have used Rapid Router for several years, found them on Angie's list ;) They have always been very reliable and fair priced for their services. Give them a try, I have never been sorry I had. Cisco said he would be here between 3 & 5 and would call first. He called at 3:15 and arrived about 3:30. He promptly went to work and quickly cleared the problem. He was friendly and professional.

Excellent. Punctual, cheerful, efficient worker. Cisco ran several snakes & a camera to check the line. No cleanout so he installed one. Drain was so badly plugged that he needed to use a very high pressure water system to free line. Not a simple job by any means. He worked tirelessly with no break of any kind. Took about half of the first day + half of the next day to get the job done. Had 2 men working part of the 2nd day. This is the first plumbing job I have had in Central Oregon that I was pleased with. All the rest have been overpriced and incomplete. Recommended by Deschutes Plumbing which is your highly recommended plumber. We are very pleased with the work.
