R3 homes is an absolutely amazing contractor to work with. Jim is honest, transparent, and has been very accommodating to help. His staff did amazing work and the entire project was smooth and looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with his work and team. One example of the type of man Jim is, we had a major concern about our shower due to a manufacturer defect on the part. Jim called me back at 10pm before Thanksgiving while sick and on vacation, and got a plumber out within 30 minutes to fix it and save the pipes. This sort of above and beyond work ethic has been present with everything he and his staff have done for us.

R3 Homes did a great job on a remodel project at our second home. This included new/ updated flooring and upgraded bathrooms. The staff at R3 are very customer oriented. They were continually responsive to what we wanted. Whenever there was an issue or a small change, they listened and did what we wanted without question. They have great subcontractors that did a really good job. We also appreciated that R3 continually made suggestions for improvement as they proceeded with the project. For example, they suggested updated smoke alarms, a new bathroom cabinet, and even a new roof when they found a leak in our absence. Overall, we are very happy with the work that R3 completed for us and would recommend them to others in the Bend/ Redmond Oregon area. They became a trusted business partner to complete our project very professionally and we sincerely appreciated all of the hard work.

We contacted Jim Erickson after plans for redoing an only five year old shower in our second bathroom had 'failed' and the original installer would not take on the project. We were unable to find someone to do so until Burke Daggett at Bend Design Center recommended we contact Jim Erickson and R3. As busy as he was Jim responded immediately, came to our house, looked at the shower, and agreed to take on the project. Thanks to Jim and R3 the shower was replaced along with other upgrades in the bathroom in record time over and above our expectations. Jim and crew were very professional and did quality work at a reasonable price. Jason (main builder on our project) was great! Our experience with this business was overall very positive. When issues popped up, they all were focused on finding solutions and executing on those solutions. Jim was very fair and most importantly for me, honest. We will use them again on our next projects.

Jim and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job with drywall repair, replacement, drywall texturing throughout the house and completely painting the entire inside of the house a new brighter color. Jim listened to our thoughts of what we wanted, gave suggestions and generally supervised the separate crews that did different components of the jobs. Jim knew that I have breathing problems and brought in a powerful fan with ducting system that drew all the dust and paint fumes outside. Moreover Jim and his crews had a tremendous amount of plastic to cover all our furniture, took responsibility for moving our furniture when needed and were to completely able to seal off a single room at a time in which they were working. Thus they could be working on a room while we could be in an adjacent room and not exposed to any disturbances. Overall, I would immediately hire Jim and 3R without any hesitance.

We hired R3 Homes to perform a complete to-the-studs remodel of the kitchen in our vacation rental home. They also replaced all the flooring on the whole level and lighting in adjacent areas. Overall, we were extremely please with the work and value that R3 provided. In addition to their own team of professionals, R3 brought in a number of tradespeople specific to our project that were all top notch: from interior design to cabinetry to stone countertops and lighting, the entire project was well conceived, organized and executed. On top of this, the project was mostly completed remotely, and we were able to trust that the work was done on time and to spec without our having to engage. I would not hesitate to recommend R3 to anyone looking to remodel or repair any part of their property.

The job went extremely well. We had 2 storm doors that needed swapped and turned around. Of course having an older home nothing was plum so he had to spend extra time and care. We have already discussed the possibility of other jobs as soon as we can afford. We would highly recommend R3 for any job you need done!
