Precision Countertops

We ordered our new countertops from Home Depot and that experience went well. Then we scheduled for our measurements and they canceled the day off because a worker called in sick, OK, inconvenient but it happens. We finally got measurements and the guy was pleasant. Then I rearrange my schedule and completely tear up my kitchen and move out my appliances for the installation and confirm the day before, guess what? a different guy calls off the day of. This is a big inconvenience now because I have no kitchen and have to feed a family of 4. The installers finally make it the next day and I admit the countertop looks great, however, they told me they would leave the new clips for the dishwasher and it's been 3 days now. To sum it up, new countertops look great, professionalism, not so great.

We couldn't be happier with the people, who demonstrated that Precision Countertops is not only dedicated to getting the job done right, on time and at the highest standards, but with consideration for the customers they serve. Everyone we met impressed us by their courtesy, eagerness, competence and, of course, precision. Chuck and David did a remarkable job installing the countertops to the point of making the experience for us enjoyable. Chuck even pulled us into the process to show us how and why Precision holds to such exacting standards. We offered to help with the clean up. Chuck insisted that was his and David's job. They left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. And, we couldn't have gotten there had Amy not been as engaging, knowledgeable and creative as you were. Our gratitude to Ryan, also, who took great pains to get the measurements right and answer our myriad questions. Thanks to you all, we have a sparkling new set of countertops!

We enjoyed working with Amy in the Bend OR store to select the stone we used for the counters. She was super easy and nice to work with. Our contractor said great things about the person that did the template and the crew that did the installation. We are super happy with the end product. We love the countertops!

They did an excellent job! The countertops turned out perfectly. I definitely recommend Precision Countertops and must thank Amy who was a pleasure to talk with about different choices, Crayl who templated and installed the corian and was conscientious, professional and friendly, and Christian who managed the project seamlessly.

They are helpful, professional and will help you stay with-in your budget I wouldn't use anyone else- Amy and the whole crew go out of their way to help in any way they can!

The work went great. Precision Countertops in Bend Or was a dream to work with. We checked out several other places and they seemed to be less than interested in actually helping us. The folks at Precision took the time to answer our many questions and made us feel like the several months we took deciding on what we wanted was never a problem. The digital template of the kitchen was very interesting and left me feeling like the actual cutting would produce a perfect fit, which it did. I would almost say I don't even need a back splash since the counter top fits so well. The schedule was explained to us after the template was sent in and they kept us informed and met their installation date. The installation crew was quick, clean and efficient. They did a great job installing the sink and hardware and made sure everything was as we wanted it. I would recommend them any time.

I wanted you to know that the installation went perfectly from start to finish. From the measure appointment to the installation, everybody was on time, courteous and friendly. The installers were really conscientious about keeping the house clean as they went in & out, which I appreciated. To top it all off, the counter is beautiful, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Amy was amazing! She went out of her way to provide assistance and guidance.We felt the that Amy went above and beyond for us. She made us feel that our kitchen remodel was just as important to her as it was to us. She was very personable and exceeded our high expectations of excellent customer service!

Things ok till 3 yrs 10 mos after installation I noticed a 15 inch through and through crack in countertop. Trust me this counter top was not abused. Precison's response was "not coverd under warranty". No offer to fix, come out and look or help in anyway. Things like this should not happen unless improper installation. Look elsewhere for your countertops.

Got bid for counter tops granite and backsplash $7000. Never heard from them again on the shower bid or a followup contact as said they would during estimate of kitchen.

We visited their granite warehouse. They had me email our cabinet plans so they could give us an estimate. I never heard from them again!

Went perfect. Home Depot charged for the countertops. We chose the material. The installer came to the house and measured. Two weeks later, on schedule, he came and installed it.

Precision responded to our initial call immediately and met with us the next day. The entire team was very punctual and very responsive to our needs/questions. We were somewhat indecisive about the color/pattern we wanted and they were able to help us choose the color that we are very happy with. The installers were right on time, cleaned up after their work and even finished the job sooner than expected.

We purchased the countertop and sink from the Home Depot. They connected us with Precision Countertops. The installer met my husband at our home and completed a templet of the countertop. Since he was going on vacation and they had no replacement our installations was pushed out two weeks. I took the day off work to be at home for the installation. The day before the installation we had to prep the area by removing our sink and countertops. One hour before the installer was to arrive at our house I received a phone call from him stating that the sink had a crack in it and would have to go back to portland to be replaced and it would take another week. In the mean time we are without counters and a sink. With company coming and a party to reschedule things turned ugly. The company agreed to provide a sink and plywood countertop replacement to hold us over for the week. It was to arrive on Tuesday. But a mix up with the plummer put that off until late Wednesday. The sink was filthy dirty and the faucet leaked and the countertop was pressed board just big enough to hold the sink. So here I am taking company out to eat and working around the mess. We saved and planned for this kitchen remodel and this experience was anything but exciting. I approached the company for compensation for all the inconvenience. The response I got was that the profit margin on our job was so low, due to the expense of having to redo the countertop that there was no way they could reimburse us. I have notified Home Depot of this issue. The end result is we have a nice countertop and sink, but I seriously would not recommend this company to anyone.
