The team at Pine Country Cleaning is outstanding, and it all starts with the owner Angie (no relation to Angie's List). She is a pro, and always easy to connect with. Her team of cleaners are friendly, detailed and hard working. They clean our 3-bedroom home and if I have a special request, they are very flexible, and I have always been completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them!

It took a bit longer than estimated but I wasn't surprised because there was a LOT to clean. All work was exceptional, responsiveness almost immediate and all communication was clear and complete.

They are pretty good, I guess, yeah. Actually I would give them an A because they had an issue where they didn’t clean this very well at all so I took some photos and sent them back to them then they got on it immediately and sent people out there and then they gave me a rebate for the next time and all kinds of crazy stuff. If you are not satisfied they will make sure you are or that you will be satisified.

Not only did they do basic cleaning but also wiped down cabinets, scrubbed inside the refrigerator, cleaned baseboards, cleaned mirrors until they sparkled

Angie's services were excellent and efficient. With three ladies working, the large kitchens, three bathrooms, and master bath were shining in about two hours. Stunning.

Angie came out to my place to scope it out and give a cost estimate, and then her crew got started. They do a great job and it has taken a lot of pressure off of me. Scheduling was initially a challenge (tying down an approximate start time) but we have that worked out. Doesn't have to be exact, just close.

Angie was great! She responded promptly to my call, met me that next day to do a walk thru and had the ladies come clean a few days later. They did a fabulous job!

In the last couple of months of service, I did not get notification of the crew's ETA on the scheduled day. I only got a general email saying we had a cleaning day coming up. I asked for a phone call or email but they texted me to my home phone number which doesn't accept texts. The crew started coming later in the day and the last time the were leaving about 5 PM and had other houses to clean.When I complained that I wasn't notified of their ETA, Angie really scolded me about it. In fact, she had a mini breakdown on the phone. Now, I find that I have been terminated and my sister, also a client, has also been terminated as well. Angie said she has too many customers and she can't service them because she can't hire workers. It appears that the management of the company is the problem, not the quality of the service.

Her team was very thorough, hardworking and communicative. The house looked fabulous and now I have them coming back on a regular basis to clean.

Excellently!! Angie and her team never skimp on anything. My house is always spotless when I return. The whole team is always friendly and upbeat. Angie is a pleasure--always positive and concerned She is conscientious, meticulous and seeks direction, if needed. She actually keeps a notebook of my preferences. Angie is extremely cooperative if I need to change the schedule or request a special task. To sum it up. I am thrilled to have Angie help me take care of my home.

The cleaning staff did a very good job but they no longer provide service in Sisters.

Angie was very responsive to my initial inquiry. She sent me a list of her cleaning products to review ahead of time as I requested. Her schedule for the day of my service got busier than expected and she was later than initially scheduled but she kept me constantly updated with her ETA which I appreciated. She arrived with four other people and they immediately got to work. I was worried since I was the last appointment of the day that they would rush through but they spent three hours and the house looked amazing. It was a new home to us and had been empty for awhile so it was quite dusty and dirty. They cleaned places I wouldn't have even thought of. Angie walked us through the house when they were done and explained everything they did. The team did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

Angie and her team are awesome. They are very detailed, professional and trustworthy. They has been fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

The team of three women arrive on time and clean my entire house quickly once a month. I clean my house the other weeks and know that they are doing a thorough job when they are here. They are very professional and good people who I would trust.

Angie visited our home before scheduling. It was nice to have time without pressure so I could clearly decide the course of action needed for our home cleaning. Carrie arrived both times punctually and with a staff of 3. Because my cleaning needs were not wanted on a regular schedule, they worked to accommodate me. That was extra juggling, and extra work for them. I was grateful for that.

Angie's cleaners leave my kitchen spotless including the appliances, fronts of cabinets, tops of counters, microwave, and floor. The bathrooms are scrubbed and sanitized, including toilets, floor, and mirrors. All else is vacuumed, dusted, windexed and the beds are made. Angie trains her cleaners and stays with them each visit to make sure all is done properly. She is prompt each week as well as flexible if any time changes need to be made. She is a pleasure to work with.

They have been cleaning my house for about six months. The owner Angie gave me a list of their services and I was able to choose the ones I wanted performed. They offer much more than what I require. The same lead person comes every time and we've been able to work out the kinks and I am very happy with the job that they do. Their price is a bit high but they have been reliable which is a problem I've had with the last two services that I used. I would recommend them.

The team arrived right on time and, after a quick run through and review of the tasks, got to work. The heavy and tall furniture wasn't moved, but all other pieces were cleaned under and behind. Top to bottom, our home was cleansed of all dust buildup. We are fairly tidy people and keep up with the cleaning of our home, but even with regular cleanings, the team found surprising amounts of dust. Window treatments were vacuumed, all upholstered furniture and area rugs, all floors, cabinets doors, doors and door frames, window frames and sills, baseboard, light fixtures, railings, bathrooms cleaned - everything was done to perfection. There were a couple of items that were missed, but when I brought it to Carrie's attention, they were cleaned right away. I definitely recommend this company for Bend homeowners who want a reliable, professional cleaning service. I plan to use them for bi-monthly cleanings.

Carrie is our 'team captain,' she and her staff have always been thorough and effective. Pine Country creates a list of the items I usually want done and a copy is left with me so I can change it if I want something skipped or added during a specific visit . The owner and all her employees are unfailingly polite and cheerful. I also appreciated their flexibility when I've needed to adjust my schedule due to vacation or out of town guests. They almost always arrive on time but if they need to come earlier or later I get a phone call ahead of time. They add extra touches that I wouldn't have thought of, like dusting the beams and ceiling fan blades.

Pine Country is by far the most efficient and professional company we have ever worked with. They are organized and prompt. Communication is quick with a phone call or email. Angie and her company is all about customer service. I highly recommend them!

The team of 3 people arrived right on time (Angie, the owner and her 2 employees). I wanted a deep clean before I listed my house. Because I couldn't schedule them during the week in time for the listing, I offered to pay them about 35% more for the weekend since they ordinarily don't work on weekends. They cleaned for a total of 12 person hours at the high rate and then cleaned 3 more hours at the regular rate. I had a long list of items and they finished 90% of the items at the end of 5 hours. They offered to come back in the coming week to finish at the regular rate. I decided to have them finish the items I could not do like the chandelier and tops of the kitchen cabinets and chose to finish the other items myself. When the team was finished, the house sparkled--even the towel racks and door knobs. Every surface they touched was super clean. I am amazed. I plan to have them back on a regular basis. I couldn't be happier with the job they did on my house.

I have gone through several cleaning services over the years here in Bend and Angie and Pine Country are the best! They are very professional and efficient but more importantly everything is very clean. They are a little bit more than my other services were but it is so worth it. You definitely get what you pay for and they are worth every cent. I have a toddler and she knew I was overwhelmed and offered to help come and organize everything with me for free! Tremendous! If I could give her 10 stars I would!!!!!

It has gone well for the 5 weeks Angie has come. She keeps a notebook of what has been done and is willing make changes as necessary. All details are attended to. I am very pleased every week.
