Description of Work: I called to get an estimate on house cleaning. Rosy state should would be out the next day to inspect and give an estimate. We set a time, but she never showed for the appointment, never called. I provided my home, work and cell phone numbers and also directions on how to find my residence. Rosy was familiar with the area, but still never made the appointment.
