Tech was punctual, efficient and thorough. Replaced both springs and lubricated them.. our door works like new! Also had a problem with one of my remotes and James fixed it for no additional charge.

Perfectly. Repair was successful and maintenance considerably quieted the sound of the doors going up or down.

I called on a Thursday and was able to get an early appointment on Friday. James arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He installed the keyless entry box right where I wanted it and explained how to use it. He also programmed two openers and serviced the door. I told him the door had been "sticking" often during opening. He adjusted the track and it has not stuck again. (Thank you!) I would definitely call the Overhead Door Company again if I had a problem, and I would highly recommend them to others.

They were prompt, professional, quoted the price ahead of time and the two men were very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

We called them and was able to set up an appointment day and time. They called when they were on the way and notified me when they realized that they were going to be a bit late. So, I thought they had very good communication. After the they arrived, I was told what was wrong and how much it would cost. They had all needed parts and the job was done very quickly.

All went smoothly and quite fast. Technician was courteous and competent. The door had not been serviced in some time. Only downside is that now it makes a strange noise when beginning to open or close. The noise was not present before the service. It works fine though including the new keypad.

Did the job when it was scheduled.... and at the price they quoted (no up-selling). They were the best priced (yes they even beat costco) and they were quality doors with a professional installer.

I chose this company because they are service oriented...several years ago I had a problem with my garage door not opening. While. 2 other companies wanted to come right out ($$), Overhead suggested I check for a GFCI switch in my garage. I found it (to my surprise), flipped it and ......the door worked! I promised them they'd be my 1 st call in future, they were and performed very well.

First thing the next morning an employee showed up, looked over the door and assured me of not taking long to fix the problem. The door was tilted and when I used the manual cord it would only go down 3/4 of the way. The door was also off the track and one of the rollers had popped off. He quoted me a price and sure enough within 40 mins the door was running smoothly. I recommend this company to anyone that has problems with their garage door. Actually it was my neighbors that recommended Overhead Doors that got me to make the call.

Shop garage door cable had come off the spool rendering the manually operated door inoperable and trapping our vehicle and my husband's mobility scooter inside. Called Overhead and they were able to send a technician out within hours. Ron fixed the cable and adjusted the tension, realigned the door, straightened the guide rails, and generally tuned everything up. The door works better now than it ever has. We are very pleased with the service.

The tech showed up early, which was fine for me. He was here to check out needing a new garage as ours was sticking, etc. He did a quick checkup and found two major problems and offered to fix them right then and there. Within an hour he had fixed both problems and was able to program my car garage opener, which I had been unable to get working. Awesome experience.

I accidentally backed into my garage door when it didn't open all the way. Because it was dusk, I couldn't see through my tinted rear window to notice that the door had stopped in an almost open position. The antenna 'fin' on the top of my car caught the bottom of the garage door on my way out with enough momentum to knock the door off of its track, leaving the door inoperable. On a friend's recommendation, I joined Angie's List and looked for a company that could service garage doors. I found one right away, and they came to help me out that same day. I am grateful for the prompt and efficient service as well and the good value for money this company provided. Thanks, Angie's List, for a great recommendation and service. And, thanks to my wonderful friend, too! I will definitely suggest Angie's List to others as well.

I received 3 estimates for the purchase and replacement of my garage door. Overhead Garage door answered all my questions, when one of the companies did not return two telephone calls I left with them on their estimate I choose Overhead Garage door. i feld they were reliable and would be there for me if need be.
