Fantastic follow through and excellent job on my gutters. They gave the least expensive quote. When they finished my job I gave their name to a friend who was unhappy with the company she was using, putting her gutters put on, and switched to using Northwest Roofing, she also was very pleased with the job they did.

Jonathan & Eric arrived on time @ 0800. They were happy and smiling. We reviewed the prior plan, did a walk around & they got right to work. They worked well as a team & communicated the progress whenever we walked outside to observe. Very professional & personable. Left their work areas clean without trash. Will definitely refer all my friends to this company.

Horacio was punctual in arriving for an estimate (January 2018). A second estimate from a competitor was lower, but the work would have required a miter splice leaving a section of existing gutter with a possible color discrepency. The work was scheduled for early March. Gretchen provided excellent customer service as additional inquiries were made regarding details. Matt and Joel completed the work in 3 hours (as promised). Workmanship was excellent with tight, straight and well-fitting seams. I highly recommend this company.

Great. They kept us informed the whole way. They were prompt, polite and kept the area clean.

It was supposed to be a time and materials job. Two Gutter repair workmen came late (at 11:00) and left by 12:30. They used a few tubes of caulk to seal the seams. I assume they did it correctly, but won't know until it rains again.... Got a bill for $450 with no explanation. When I questioned the amount of time and materials, got another bill claiming 7 hours labor. The worker (Matt) called me to say he deserved credit for 7 hours because he works very fast and hard. (Huh?) Spoke with the supervisor Craig and he told me he went by what the workers told him, and he trusted them. He then said they company has a minimum service charge of $195, and I needed to pay $65 for an hour of labor and $30 for the caulk, total $290. The nice lady in the office (Gretchen) gave me a discount for my Angie's List coupon. Unfortunately, homeowners in Bend Oregon have to put up with this kind of BS from many skilled and unskilled service companies. My neighbor had a similar bad experience with the other gutter repair company.......

They did a good job for a fair price, but didn't get all the nails and chunks of removed roofing. Not a big deal, but it would have made a more professional impression if they'd taken a few more minutes to double check. Overall, I would hire them again.

New steel corrugated panels look great and the price and installation was more than reasonable. Crew was on time and office support and everyone involved was professional. I would certainly recommend their services. Work was done in one day.

The work was completed and they did a good job but I ordered premium 50 year shingles and they initially delivered lower grade shingles in the same color. Good thing I was paying attention as they had to re-deliver the correct material.

We are so pleased with the outcome of our venting. The experience with Northwest Quality Roofing was most satisfying from the initial inspection to the final cleanup of the job. We found that everyone involved was efficient, professional and pleasant. We will definitely use them again when it comes time to replace our full roof.

The crew appeared early and were done within two hours. The shingles were matched perfectly and I can't even tell where the hole was. They cleaned up well. Their price was 45% less than the next cheapest bid I got but the quality of the work couldn't have been better.

I did not use this company. Their painting estimate was very competitive but they could not do the job in my time frame. Their roofing estimate was moderately high and I used another recommended company with a lower cost. Their response to my request for an estimate was prompt and professional. I had contact with two employees of this company and both were helpful and professional.

Got it fixed right away and were back first thing the next day with the new skylight. Fast reliable responsive professional reasonably priced. Everything you want in a company but rarely find anymore.

Northwest Quality Roofing tore off all our old roofing (and hauled away) replaced sheeting and tresses where needed and installed a lifetime guaranteed roof on our 6,000 sq ft home! The project was done quickly and efficiently, we were pleasantly surprised that it took them less time to complete than what was quoted, they even worked in the rain! The entire process, from the time we had them out for an initial consultation and quote to finishing the project was easy, professional and their timely manner was very much appreciated. The crew respected our home and got the job done professionally, quickly and above all safely. The crew was even great at answering all our questions and showing us the process along the way. Where to start, we usually hate having things contracted out but this company really has the most professional business we have ever used! From start to finish the knowledge, quality and team work was outstanding.

Very professional, however the estimate for the job was the highest by a few hundred dollars, and without some of the extra detail work that two other contractors saw that needed attention.

Buying a home can be a very stressful time. When it needs a new roof before purchase it adds a whole new meaning to the word stressful. Thank goodness for our referral to Jake of Northwest Quality Roofing of Bend. Jake gave us personal attention, along with a great competitive price, while working under a time crunch to make sure our new roof was completed before our closing date. A big thank you to all of the team working so hard and exceeding all of our expectations.

Crew showed up an hour late, but was went right to work getting old roof material taken off. Once done the materials were set in place by a truck with crane. The work was done in professional manner & quality looks excellent. Except for crew leaving at noon leaving only one member to finish, it went very well, I think.
