Mary in the office was great to work with. Roger let me what what was happening under kitchen sink and install of new disposal as the other one was probably from 1983 (looked like it). Works fantastic and no more leaking. Thanks.

Had a sudden kitchen sink blockage on Sunday and needed service before leaving town on Tuesday. Mr Rooter called first thing Mon am and they kindly squeezed me in that afternoon. Plumber came out, checked a few things, snaked the line and resolved the problem so I could leave town without worrying. Very grateful to Mr Rooter for their prompt response and ability to fix the issue.

My hot water heater only needed some leaks repair and things like that. Our service man was Jeff Hunter and he did an excellent job. Very good communicator, professional and went beyond what most service people i have worked with, would do.
