I can't recommend enough. Mr Rooter called in a timely fashion and set up an appointment for the following morning and then called back to see if they could come by within the hour. My leaking spigot was replaced in minutes. Thank you!

For me, the work done went well. The main issue(a section of pipe leak)was diagnosed and repaired, and I also had a toilet replaced and kitchen faucet replaced. Total cost was reasonable to me, but I am not one to search forever for the best possible price because if one gets "ripped off", any contractor will pay for it in reputation in time. Preston the plumber was great--professional, patient, personable, and very accepting of the many questions I peppered him with(I like to try and learn stuff). Overall I am quite satisfied with the work done, and would use Mr. Rooter again.

I was pleased to get an appointment within a day since it wasn't an emergency. Jeff was very meticulous and took his time to make sure every detail was done completely and correctly. I appreciated knowing how much the job would cost before the work began. I will call Mr. Rooter again.

Preston was very nice. He explained everything and was courteous. He checked sinks and toilets and nothing was wrong. That being said the bill was higher than I expected.

I called to get some help with a leaking outdoor hose bib - they came within an hour and fixed the leak. Very pleased with the prompt response and professional work.

Good service

They showed up the same day we contacted them and were able to fix our exterior bibs, which included going into the crawl space and redoing plumbing, right there and then. Saved us time and a 2nd follow up and charge. Alan was great.
