He brought our new computer. Hooked us up with our home group connection. Downloaded all our shared programs. They put an app on our new computer which lets us interface with their technician if there is a problem. We had some problems with our router which he fixed. He brought extra components but we ended up not needing them. He also worked with us on a TV problem we had and called our service provider to check on status and make sure our equipment was running correctly. Although the original salesman and technician was a little slow in getting our new computer ready, we felt they did a good job and we would use them again. We noticed they had customers coming in all the way from Madras. Please note the service was provided both at their store and at our home.
Description of Work: My husband's Dell computer lost its hard drive. The computer could not be fixed but they tried to bring up anything. We ended up purchasing a new computer from them. They were very helpful in trying to download what we needed. The owner himself came to our home and set us up with our group connection.
