MATTRESS FACTORY

Description of Work: We just moved to Bend. We needed a new queen sized bed for our guest room and had it delivered before we arrived. The staff was helpful and the mattress was delivered and set up on time and professionally. We slept on this bed until our furntiure arrived from NJ. The bed was extremely comfortable (one made by the Mattress Factory). When our furniture arrived, our king sized bed was severely damaged. Without hesitation, we purchased a new king bed from The Mattress Factory. When the new mattress was delivered, the damaged one was removed for a small price. Without a doubt, this is the first place you should go to get a new mattress in Bend, OR. The owner and staff are knowledgable, helfpul and fair on pricing. Even the delivery men were professional, courteous and top notch. I think it is, by far, the best value for beds in Bend. Note: We first bought a bed from the Mattress Factory for our daughter and son-in-law as a house warming gift seven years ago. It is still in great shape and "the best bed" they have ever slept on. Based on their recommendation, we bought two more. In the future, we will replace two other beds in another guest room.
