 + 0 moreMy first visit was good and the price seemed fair, but when they said when the carpet would come in it was three weeks off. Which was difficult because we were painting rooms to get ready for carpet and our house was in chaos. The installers were amazing, If I was to grade them only I would give them an A+ in everything. The carpet was damage by the manufactor, it had to be install anyways, Lowes would had replaced it but it was going to take 4-6 weeks to replace, we couldn't do that so they gave us a $250 refund and lost our warrenty. Everything was disappointing and stressful.
Description of Work: I had carpet installed in three bedrooms.
