Lorenzo Soil

Lorenzo did a good job. That was fine. This year though, he only came one and I thought the charge was still high that's why I haven't used him subsequently. I used to pay $45 to $55. I don't know, he has to rent equipment and it makes it very expensive so I doubt if I use him again. I consider it.

I used Lorenzo Soil in 2015 and early 2016 for gardening. Lorenzo wasn't around a couple of times and the fellow who was working with him put some stuff down on my lawn and really messed it up so that's why I didn't use him most of 2016. That guy isn't working there anymore for him. But Lorenzo did great work in 2015 and when he was supervising, things were great, it went very well. Lorenzo was doing other things besides the gardening work so, I mean, he relied on people who weren't that good. But I don't wanna knock him because he does very good work. It's kind of between the rock and a hard place on this one. As I said, Lorenzo. does good work. For the gardening, I thought it was a fair price, reasonable.

Lorenzo is the most responsive contractor we have worked with to date, here in Bend. Once he began work on our project, it went very quickly, and he and his crew work very hard and diligently. He made sure he knew our approximate budget and worked within that. He even had us accompany him to choose our rocks and plants, which is optional, I'm sure. He is very knowledgeable about what plantings work with this climate, and very artistic. He answered calls promptly and kept us advised each day about his schedule and if he would be coming or not. Super easy to work with, and he is respectful and professional. He definitely went the extra mile for us, and we are very happy with the result, as are our neighbors!
