Grant, the owner of Linnius Construction, quickly responded to my phone message. He stopped by first thing the next morning to assess the problem and explained in layman's terms the repairs he was going to complete to solve the problem. He kept me abreast of his progress and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Grant was always professional and his results were top notch. I highly recommend Linnius Construction.

Grant and his team did an excellent job installing a new gas fireplace along with a mantel and custom hearth. Communication was great, very friendly service, and high quality work. I would highly recommend Linnius construction for any home repairs and remodels.

Grant designed and constructed a fence that included a 2 course block retaining wall, all cedar construction, and galvanized steel posts. He also graded a large portion of my back yard. His work ethic and responsibility for the job was outstanding. I was kept updated on the job progress and was happy with Grant's attention to details and his thourghness. The job was completed on time and the craftmanship was very profesional.

Replacement of floors was amazing. They were on time and always communicated when they planned on performing the work. Additionally, they were the cleanest contractors I have ever done business with. Each day they meticulously cleaned the kitchen, even putting food out for the cat prior to leaving. The best part was that I can't tell that we ever had a leak.
